Executive Summary

 

Successful WBS organized scheduling using mainly Primavera P6 & Microsoft Project Software for various types of engineering and construction projects. Have lead cross-functional project teams on medium-to-large sized projects through the creation of project schedules.  I am in the process of getting my PMP certificate and designation.  My work has included creating the items that eventually are reflected in the schedule.  The process and products created have included generating schedule packages to inform stakeholders of schedule status through WBS organized Gantt charts and related deliverables.
